    Organizational structure: IMPACT Initiatives is structured as follows: - IMPACT General Assembly, comprising 6 members; - IMPACT Council, comprising 5 members; - IMPACT Executive Director and Deputy Executive Director, responsible for the operational and strategic oversigh of IMPACT and its programs; - IMPACT Management team, comprising department managers in HQ; - IMPACT Field teams, comprising over 40 international GIS and assessment specialists. These teams are support by national staff, recruited at a country-level through IMPACT's sister organisations (ACTED).
    Number and type of members: IMPACT Initiatives currently employs 40 international staff, which are either working in its HQs in Geneva or in one of its countries of intervention. IMPACT team comprises specialists in data collection, management and analysis, GIS and remote-sensing. IMPACT HQ also comprises support departments, such as finance, HR, logistics and communication specialists.
