    Organizational structure: Soul Sustainable Progress (SSP) has a board of directors that operates as the governing body of the organization. Each with one of the following title and duty is the President:1, Chair, Vice President: 1, General Secretary:1, Treasurer: 1, International Coordinator: 1, members:3 The body may create a committee as needs arise including executive, finance, nominating and advisory, country coordinator, specialized in different fields. The president also serves as an Executive director.There are also donors, honorary members, and general members , they are distinguished from each other by their rights of votes by the board of directors. Membership eligibility, Member of SSP must be free of xenophobia, Islamophobia, Racism, prejudice and all kinds of violence, discrimination, especially extremist activity e.g terrorism and gender inequality.M embers ought to trust young leadership, gender equality and pledge to work, volunteer for the migrant & refugee as a key to build a better world. We have many programs focal points are in Asia, Europe, Latin America, United States of America and the United Kingdom among them few remarkable the unique programs are: 1. Young Entrepreneurship for Migrant & Refugee Community 2. International Youth forum for young leadership 3. UN SDGs Workshop for promoting deep knowledge on SDGs 2030(17) issues especially for the Millennial 4. Student & cultural exchange program and promote education also, support deprived community to access the higher education.
