    Organizational structure: The overall authority of the CWSI resides in the Board of Trustees. This body helps in policy formulation as well as chart proactive courses for the growth and the sustenance of the Organization. The Executive Director of CWSI, is the Secretary to this Board. She is also the overall Head of all Programmes and the Chief Accounting Officer. She is assisted by the Legal/Programme Manager, Gender Specialist, Research Officer, a Monitoring and Evaluation Expert, a Communication Officer and the Admin/Finance Officer. These officers have subordinates who report to them. The Organisation’s Executive Director, Programme Manager and Accounting Officer are signatories to the organization’s account. In addition, an Advisory Board helps guide operations and map out forward-looking strategies for the implementation of its programmes. In summary, CWSI has the following staff in her Organizational structure: The Board of Trustees (6) The Advisory Board (9) The Executive Director and Operational Staff (11) Part-Time Staff 120 The Volunteers (Over 150)
