    Organizational structure: The Association is governed by a Conference of Delegates from member organisations meeting at intervals of not longer than two years. The management of the affairs of the Association rests with an Executive Committee elected by the Conference and continuing in office until the next such election, consisting of:- President and Chief Executive, Secretary-General, Vice-President (Americas), Vice-President(Europe), Vice-President (East Africa), Vice-President (Southern Africa), Vice-President (West Africa), Vice-President (SE Asia), Vice-President (SW Asia), Vice-President (Australasia-Pacific)
