    Organizational structure: La Asamblea General es el máximo órgano de autoridad, está constituida por delegados(as) nombrados por organizaciones miembros plenos y asociados fraternales. La Asamblea está presidida por el Presidente(a) del Consejo; además, la mesa presidencial está compuesta por el Secretario(a) de Actas y el Secretario(a) Ejecutivo(a). La junta Directiva es la instancia de paridad democrática, donde se toman las decisiones que expresan la opinión, el carácter y proyección del Consejo. Es el órgano rector del Consejo de Iglesias en los períodos ínter asamblearios. Está constituida por un delegado(a) de cada uno de los miembros plenos del Consejo, con derecho a voz y voto, y por un representante delos miembros asociados Es función principal del Consejo Directivo implementar, proyectar, sistematizar, organizar y desarrollar todos los programas establecidos por la Asamblea General y la Junta Directiva, con el fin de alcanzar las metas y objetivos del Consejo. Está constituido por: 1.- Los funcionarios(as) elegidos por la Asamblea General, a saber: • Presidente(a) del Consejo • Un Vicepresidente(a). • Secretario(a) de Actas. • Presidente(a) anterior • Secretario(a) Ejecutivo(a) electo(a) y contratado(a) por la Junta Directiva.
