    Organizational structure: The Company is a public company limited by guarantee. Each Member undertakes to contribute $5.00 Five Dollars to the property of the Company if the Company is wound up at a time when that person is a Member, or within one year of the time that the person ceased to be a Member for payment of the debts and liabilities of the Company contracted before that person ceased to be a Member, payment of costs charges and expenses of winding up the Company, and adjustment of the rights of contributors among themselves.
