The MRB RT comptises local muslim organisations operating in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan. The religious Board may establish theological educational institutions subject to the state registration as religious organisations. Managing bodies of the MRB RT are the Congress, the Plenum, the Presidium, the Mufti. Consultative bodies of the MRB RT are the Council Ulemas and the Council of Qadis. |
