Organizational structure: |
O.U.R. is governed by its executive staff, Board of Governors, and Board of Directors. The executive staff includes: Founder/CEO, COO, President, VP Mission Intel, Director of Rescue Operations, Director of Donor Relations, VP of Finance, Senior Director of Development, and Aftercare Director. Every month the executive staff meets with the Board of Governors and Board of Directors to discuss major organization matters. O.U.R. relies heavily on volunteers to help with administration and fundraising. |

Operation Underground Railroad has a vibrant and committed membership program that is continually growing. It’s monthly subscription program The Abolitionists has over 4,000 members and brings in close to $40,000 a month in donations. Using an innovative approach to crowdfunding, O.U.R. started its YOURrescue campaign in which community volunteers start their own fundraising campaigns on behalf of O.U.R. From its start in 2015, there have been over 1,650 campaigns started to generate public support and resources for O.U.R. |
