    Organizational structure: The organisation and the Organ,Peculiar Familliam Dei has five principal organs,as follow:General Assembly,College of Founders,Board of Directors,Management Committee,and eleven technical departments,we quote stewardship and logistics,woman and family,sexually transmitted diseases especially HIV/AIDS,assistance in prisons,support to health centres,Education and behavioural psychotherapy,Social and cultural,Community development,Support to the Ago-pastoral,Nutrition(Nutritional),and statistic and legal support. General Assembly:is the whole body of the Association,it is composed of all effective members in good standing of assessment and not subject to any penalty,it has a full jurisdiction to know any questions relating to the activities of the Association. It is competent to adopt and amend the statutes of Association,elect and dismiss members of the Management Committee,adopt the association annual action plan,ensure the correct orientation of the actions of the Association,approval of the annual report of management committee,adopt the budget of association,dissolve Association. College of Founders: it is the supreme organ by excellence,it is indissoluble,it has its president who is the number one of management committee. the college is there for order,functioning within the Association. he wants the truth,humility,development,assistance. it composes of five members who have the creative idea and the philosophy of the association;it is the base of the association whence come out the ideas to pocess concurrently with the general assembly. As to put order in the meeting,it has its Chief who leads and shares the expression. the head of founder's college is the supreme authority of the association,automatically is the coordinator of the Management Commitee,he may dissolve the Association. Bord of Directors is jurisdictionaland permanent bureau of general assembly,it prepares and convenes the general assemblies;he establishes the Agenda in collaboration with the Management commitee or the party requesting the Assembly. it is the supervisory body and guidance of the adopted decisions by the general assembly. He keeps abreast of the Action of the Management Commitee,and shall report to the general assembly without in any way interfering in the management of the association or committee. It ensures supervision of the controls of potential compliance in projects carried out by the association,and informed the assembly the results. it can to accomplish this mission to appeal to any member,it does not commit the association towards third parties. it has a composition of four members,and seven members maximum. however,minimum three of these members chosen among the founders or co-founder members according to theirdedication,their integrity and their moral probity,the fourth member is the Coordinator of the management committee.if it is impossible to bring together three members founders or co-founders,the number will be complemented by the effective members chosen by the general assemby according to their seniority in the association,for their dedication,their integrity and their moral probity. Management Committee is the body for coordination,implementation and management of the association.it stablishes the annual budget to be submitted to the general Assembly,it establishes the provisional programme,it initiates actions of all kinds,consistent with the objectives of the association,manages it and if any necessary of their judgement case. it meets at least twice a month;it may co-opt a member to fill any vacancy within the Management Committee;it has six candidates,each of them with his autonomical task or duties:coordinator and his deputy,in charge of programme,of finance,of administration and of public relations. coordinator ensures the daily mamangement,he is the only allowed to engage the association with third parties;he coordinates all activities of association,commission,collects...
    Number and type of members: The Organization P.FA.D groups its members in seven differents categories as follow :the Founder members,Co-founders,Honorary members,Staff,Acceding and local or rural Communities.Founders are those who have founded the association like other humanitarian agencies in the world;they are five. Co-founders are people who have contributed and participated actively in the creation of the association,and explicitly appointed at the end of the present act,they are seven. All both categories are required to ensure strict observance of the comprehensive approch of the association;to be model by their act,dedication,volunteerism,avaibility and their moral moral probity for the other members. They may report at any time to the Chairman of Board of Directors,moral guarantor of the association. Member of honour is any physical or legal person recognised as such,by the Management Committee,and providing a moral,material or financial support to the Association,this is occasionally. Is Staff member any natural or legal person,having responded to the admission requirements as rule of assessment,in order with his contribution,subscribed to respect these statutes and being recognised as such by the General Assembly on a proposal from the Management Committee;they can be co-founders or not. this member is necessarily an active member of the association and as such should be part of the board of Directors,the management committee and a technical departement. A staff member is a volunteer who has a demonstrated availability,is morally irreprochable and hardworking,and he is the pride of the Association;they are 36 members. Acceding member is any natural or legal person with an interest in the Association and its objectives,driven by the same ideals and being voluntarily ready to help the Association,if needed in specificmeasures. he will be availble each time as needed and may be invited to participate in any activity. he is approached as a potential memeber;he is named by the management committee on proportion of at least one third of the full members.They are occasionally numbered according to the activity in course. Finally,we have the community ( local or rural )is an agglomeration or an area targeted by P.FA.D in a such activity for example campaign of awareness in Tuberculosis,HIV/AIDS,and integrated STI,how to prevent and discover erlier signs of cancer, eradicate poverty with certain agro-pastoral activity,targeting and supporting vulnerable person in community such as Albinos ( at lest 40 Albinos assisted by P.FA.D ),raped and abused women,abandonned and raped,or mutilated young people ( Youth ),antidoping in youth especially at school ( case of trenance park,stanger,mapumulo,verulam,etc... high schools);where a team with enough number of persons are chosen,trained and responsibilised related to the program or activity in order to assist the association in its march to succeed the activity at 100 %. And often,those persons remain a satellite branch or office of Pecullairs Familliam Dei trade as Peculiar Familliam Dei by sending the monthly report,or to infrom at any time the P.FA.D Management Committee via its technical department those who are their direct responsibles. In fact,P.FA.D has at least 48 permenant members,those who create or elaborate projects or programs,they highlight and moniter activities with the rest of members as defined above.P.FA.D,in the worry to attain or reach and outreach always its goals together with the Millennium Goals in different areas where is he involved ; to assist,promote and prevent a precarious life to a Best life,hence our slogan "P.FA.D ,A meaning of Best life". of course we are the meaning of best life when we do a retrograde study of attainmemnt since 2005,P.FA.D has created in DR Congo-Kinshsa,and today in south africa,we changed and are still changing lives of many with our dedicated and encouraging jobs.
