Organizational structure: |
The estructure of Fundeps is headed by its Board, which has decision making power and sets the strategic vission of it. The Direction Area is the one that executes that vission, manages the organization and coordinates all Fundeps work. Fundeps’ work is organized in seven areas, two of them institutional, Communication and Legal Affairs, and five thematic areas, Democracy, Environment, Gender, Global Governance and Health. |

- 13 staff persons: 1 Strategic Director, 1 Executive Director, 1 Director’s assistant, 1 Communication Coordinator and 1 Legal Affair’s Coordinator. And 8 members coordinators and co-coordinators of the different work areas.
