    Organizational structure: The Governance of Fondazione del Monte is composed by the Steering Board, the President, the Board of Directors and the Board of Auditors. The Steering Board has the responsibility of defining the Foundation's programs, priorities and objectives, as well as monitoring the results' achievement. The Board of Directors is in charge of managing the Foundation, planning and implementing all activities along the lines set by the Steering Board. The President has the function of driving and coordinating the other Governance organs and to monitor the execution of their decisions. The President is also the Foundation legal representative. The Board of Auditors is responsible for monitoring the regularity of management acts and financial accounts, and its representatives participate in the other Boards' meetings.
    Number and type of members: The Foundation is not an association of independent individuals or organizations, and it has not a membership program. The composition of its Steering Board, transparently selected by the main public and private stakeholders, ensures proper representation to all the relevant actors involved in social development programs.
