Organizational structure: |
Society for Economic Empowerment and Entrepreneurship Development (SEEED) is governed by the President who is actively involved and handle detailed, complex concepts and problems, balance multiple tasks simultaneously, and make rapid decisions regarding administrative issues. Plans and implements programs, establishes strong and appropriate relationships with Board of Trustees, committees, volunteers, staff, donors and members of our organization. I develop smooth and constructive relationships with colleagues, outside agencies, organizations and individuals. He plans and meet deadlines, maintain flexible work schedule to meet the demands and policies of the organization. Above all shall demonstrate commitment to continued professional growth and development. Together with the Board of Trustees, shall be saddled with the oversights to play relevance to the community which we serve and the accomplishment of our organization’s mission and vision, and accountability of the organization to its diverse constituents. The Board of Trustees delegates responsibility for oversight functions and day-to-day operations to the President, who has the authority to carry out these responsibilities, in accordance with the direction and policies established by the Board of Trustees. The President provides direction and enabling to the Board of Trustees as it carries out governance and oversight functions. |

MEMBERSHIP OF THE SOCIETY (a) The number of members with which the Society proposed to be registered is 20, but the Trustees may from time to time register an increase in the number of members. (b) Membership shall be open to male and female irrespective of tribe, religion, profession, occupation who are of proven character and reputation and not of unsound mind, insane or being convicted of any criminal offence in any court of competent jurisdiction or tribunal. (c) Membership shall be open to both male and female, who shall subscribe to the register of members, after payment of prescribed subscription fee in-force as approved by the Board of Trustees from time to time. |
