    Organizational structure: We are an association with a structure as stablish by the asssociation law numer 218 of Costa Rica. We have a Board of directors, a Fiscal that monitos accountability and a General Assembly of associate members.
    Number and type of members: Our members are associates. Currently, we have only 10 founding members. The association shall have the following categories of members: a)Founders are participating members of the Constituent Assembly, b) Actives: Will be the members who subsequently enter the Constituent Assembly and are in full enjoyment of their rights and duties. c) Honorary: Will be especially those who have effectively contributed to the development and consolidation of the Association.
