General Assembly: the highest decision-making and policy-making body of the 6 Human Rights Society of Maranhão- HRSM , made up of all its associates, and must meet annually On an ordinary and extraordinary basis when necessary, With a minimum quorum of half plus one of the members who Are in full enjoyment of their rights; Board of Directors: composed of three members and three alternates elected For a period of two years; Coordinates the execution of the policies and resolutions approved by the General Assembly, ensuring compliance with the Statutes and the annual plans of the entity, as well as seeking and developing financial sustainability policies for the entity; Advisory Council: consisting of five persons engaged in the fight for Human Rights, associated or not with the SMDH; Issues opinions on the policies adopted by the entity at the level of multilateral and bilateral cooperation, or articulation with national and / or international social movements, governmental organizations and NGOs, as well as giving opinions on matters raised by the Board of Directors and the work teams. |
