    Organizational structure: The OneNess Foundations Diaspora USA has an organizational structure as follows- The Board is the highest decision-making organ, follow by the President/Founder, to the Executive Director, flow to the various directors in charge of programs, monitoring and evaluation, planning, community mobilization, grants, among others. Down to managers of finance, programs, grants, e.t.c, The structure is all inclusive as it goes down to the volunteers and interns.
    Number and type of members: Membership varies in the organization. There are full-time staff, part-time staff, volunteers, interns and consultants. On whole, there are over 50 full-time staff spread across the continents of the world, over 200 part-time staff, 100,000 volunteers, 10 consultants and over 30 interns
