Le FOJEDD est administré par les organes suivants : 1. l’Assemblée Générale (AG) ; C'est l'instance qui réunit tous les membres du FOJEDD chaque année en une assemblée générale statutaire. 2. le Conseil d’Administration(CA) ; - un (e) Président (e) - un (e) Vice-président (e) - un (e) Secrétaire général (e) - un (e) Secrétaire général (e) adjoint (e) - un (e) Trésorier (e) général (e) - un (e) Trésorier (e) général (e) adjoint(e) - un (e) Chargé (e) de communication. 3. la Direction Exécutive (DE) - un Directeur Exécutif - un Responsable Administratif et Financier - un (e) Assistant (e) administratif (ve) - un Chargé de communication - un Chargé des questions environnementales - un Chargé de la promotion de l’équité genre - un Chargé de programme - un Chargé des partenariats - un Chargé de suivi évaluation 4. le Commissariat aux Comptes (CC). - un Président - un 1er Rapporteur - un 2è Rapporteur Pour mener à bien ses activités, la Direction exécutive crée des cellules comme suit : - une cellule de pilotage de projets - une cellule de coordination de projets - une cellule d’appui accompagnement.
