    Organizational structure: MEJN has a professional Board of Directors in place, giving policy guidance and direction to the national Secretariat. The national Secretariat is located in QADTI House, Off Mandala Road in Area 3, Lilongwe; from where it coordinates the day-to-day programming and operations. It has representative decentralized structures across the country in the 27 districts of Malawi through its membership, popularly known as MEJN District Chapters.
    Number and type of members: MEJN is a coalition of over a 100 civil society organisations, with interest in economic governance issues. Its membership includes NGOs, Community-based organisations, Faith-based organisations, Trade Unions, Media bodies, academia and others.
