l’Association est administrée par un conseil d’administration de neuf (9) membres. Un (1) Président Un (1) Secrétaire Général. Un (1) Secrétaire Administratif. Un (1) Trésorier Général. Une (1) Trésorière Générale Adjointe. Une (1) Secrétaire Générale aux relations extérieures. Une (1) Secrétaire Générale Adjointe aux relations extérieures. Un (1) Commissaire aux comptes. Un (1) Secrétaire aux conflits. La durée du mandat est de trois (3) ans ; mais il peut être renouvelé au 1/3 chaque année en cas de nécessité. Le Conseil d’Administration est un organe d’exécution du P.D.R. Il est chargé de la mise en œuvre du programme et de toutes les décisions arrêtées par l’Assemblée générale à laquelle il rend compte de ses activités. Il nomme le Directeur Exécutif de l’ONG. Le Conseil d’Administration peut faire appel à toute personne physique ou morale en raison de sa compétence pour l’exécution, l’examen de problèmes particuliers. Le Conseil d’Administration se réunit une fois par trimestre en séance ordinaire et en séance extraordinaire sur convocation du président ou de cinq (5) membes. Pour délibérer valablement le Conseil d’Administration doit réunir une fois au moins (5) de ses membres. Il prend ses décisions à la majorité simple des membres présents, en cas partage de voix, celle du président est prépondérante. Le P.D.R dispose d’une direction gérée par un Directeur exécutif. Il est responsable de la gestion quotidienne de l’association et se fait assisté d’un personnel d’appui technique nécessaire à l’exécution de ses tâches. |
