    Organizational structure: - General Assembly: It is made up of registered memebers including the staff. They elect the Executive Board. - Executive Board: The board supervises the management of the organization. The board approves the annual programs, budget and debates on issues concerning the organisation. It authorizes investments, property transaction and conclusion of any agreement. It draws up staff regulations. It meets in extra-ordinary sessions when convene by the President or request by majority of it members. - Management: Management is entrusted to the Project Coordinator who implements the decisions and report to the board. He makes decision for the smooth functioning of the Center. supervises the implementation of annual programs. The Project Coordinator is assisted by staff made up of an Accountant, Secretary, Gender development officers, Field Coordinators and Volunteers. Through them a budget, financial and activities report is produced.
