| Organizational structure: |
The executive team consists primarily of the co founders, CEO, COO, CTO, and CMO. These positions give orders to the Vp's, Financial Board, and Marketing Board. These boards help to manage the organizational logistics. Local high schools are run by Leads and interns. These positions control fellows and volunteers that teach at schools. |

Not counting students, the organization consists of about 100 members. These are members that are teachers, administrators, advisers, and interns. They help run the day to day logistics of the organization and assist in its implementation. Counting students learning from and involved within the program, JMA has over 1,000 members. |
