Mission statement:	The main corporate purpose is to promote and contribute to human and community development in an integral and a sustainable way, on a personal, social, economic, environmental and political level through the following activities: 1) Sports, recreation activities, free time usage and the promotion of extracurricular education for children and youth, at all social levels of the country. 2) Activities for ecological, environmental and habitat protection. 3) Training through seminars, workshops, meetings of knowledge, playful meetings which will contribute to the intellectual strengthening of the community. 4) Cultural development activities. 5) Research for social projects formulation. 6) Health promotion and disease prevention. 7) Social development aimed to improve the quality of life. 8) Economic development activities. 9) Political development activities. 10) Human rights defense. 11) Development of activities that promote peace and coexistence. These activities are implemented through programs and projects locally, regionally, nationally and internationally. The activities are of general interest, and allow access to the community by the open offering of services and activities carried out, always seeking the development of those communities by improving their quality of life. The surpluses of the NGO are fully reinvested in the development of its corporate purpose.

Organizational structure:	The Organizational Structure that we have is based on 2 things: 1) Responsibility level: there are the Board (with the legal responsibility), the Directive Committee (with projects, plans and programs responsibility) and the Council formed for all members of the organization (with decision making responsibility). 2) Processes: there are the Directive and Administrative group, Missional group and Support group. Finally we have a project, plan and programs division.
Number and type of members:	We have 72 members: 3 in the board, 8 in the Directive Committee and 61 volunteers with a volunteer contract to provide a quote of services; all members are part of the council and have voice can vote in the organization.
