    Organizational structure: The Organizational Structure that we have is based on 2 things: 1) Responsibility level: there are the Board (with the legal responsibility), the Directive Committee (with projects, plans and programs responsibility) and the Council formed for all members of the organization (with decision making responsibility). 2) Processes: there are the Directive and Administrative group, Missional group and Support group. Finally we have a project, plan and programs division.
    Number and type of members: We have 72 members: 3 in the board, 8 in the Directive Committee and 61 volunteers with a volunteer contract to provide a quote of services; all members are part of the council and have voice can vote in the organization.
