    Organizational structure: nous sommes les coordinations 8 regions du Mali et dans le District de Bamako. 1- Le coordinateur national. Conformément aux statuts et à ce règlement intérieur représente l’ASRAD dans son pays et Il est secondé par un vice coordinateur 2- L’Administratif national. Conformément au guide du travail et au règlement intérieur, il est chargé de l’administration, de la discipline des membres, ainsi que du suivi de l’orientation de l’ASRAD - MALI en étroite collaboration avec son adjoint. 3- Le Secrétaire Général. Il coordonne l’ensemble des activités de l’association et convoque les réunions de bureau et de l’assemblée mensuelle, et est secondé par un ou plusieurs adjoints. 6- Le Secrétaire aux Finances. Il travaille en étroite collaboration avec les autres sous secrétariats, afin d’élaborer tous ensemble les budgets et dépenses de L’ASRAD -MALI ; Toute en proposant aux délégations, ses remarques et propositions pour la bonne marche de la Coordination. Il nomme le trésorier avec l’accord du bureau de la coordination, et joue le rôle du commissaire aux comptes et est aussi secondé par un adjoint. 7-Le secrétaire aux Affaires Multilatérales. Conformément au règlement intérieur, il est le représentant des affaires étrangères et de la coopération de la coordination Il valide et enregistre l’admission ou l’affiliation des institutions et autres par l’approbation de l’administration ou de la coordination. Il peu y avoir au sein du (SAML) d’autres délégations dépendant des besoins qui se feront sentir. Il est secondé par un adjoint au « AML »
    Number and type of members: Article II. Les membres. Tout le monde peu adhérer et devenir membre d’ASRAD sans une discrimination, à condition et sous réserve que ceux-ci ne soit discriminatoire, ni violent. Dans ce cas, le bureau se réserve le droit d’annuler ou radier l’inscription de ce membre. Article III. Membres. Est membre fondateur, toute personne physique ayant participer à la création d’ASRAD et a approuvé pleinement ses statuts. Est membre de plein droit, toute personne physique ou morale ayant approuvé les statuts d’ASRAD et s’est engagé volontairement en remplissant aussi les conditions d’Inscription prescrit à cet égard (remplir la fiche chez l’administratif et payer ses collectes). Est membre d’honneur, toute personne physique ou morale ayant approuvé les statuts d’ASRAD, participant aux activités ; mais n’étant pas membre de plein droit.
