    Organizational structure: 1) O5 INITIATIVE BOARD OF TRUSTEES is made of five members, three female and two male as drivers of the Organization's process 2) The Executive Committee, headed by the Executive Director for the day to day running of the Organization 3) Focal Persons,work as Directors for effective implementation of the Oganization's projects 4)Zonal Coordinators work in rural areas,coordinates all the activities in the rural areas working with people living in rural areas 5)Monitoring and Evaluation Department.( M&E Team) monitor all the Organization Project,to track performance and reports all activities carried out by the Organization.
