    Organizational structure: The organization has a central office in Barcelona with the following structure: - Board of Trustees (1 president, 1 secretary, 6 vocals). They meet at least twice a year and receive no payment. - CEO (1 person). He's the founder of the organization, and he is expatriated at Mumbai during 6-8 months per year. The rest of the year he is located at Barcelona HQ. - Finances Deparment (1 director of Finances), she also acts as Office Manager and legal representative. - Communication Department (1 person). - Projects Department (1 person). - Partnerships Department (1 person). - Memberships Department (1 person). These 6 staff are salaried. - A group of nearly 30 volunteers who collaborate without a salary in administrative, logistics and events tasks. The organization also has 6 volunteers groups in other Spanish cities (Madrid, A Coruña, Bilbao, Tarragona, Ávila and Gijón) who organize sensibilization and fundraising events. They receive no salary. The projects in Mumbai are executed by Mumbai Smiles Foundation, a local NGO legally registered in India who acts as our counterpart. Both entities share strategic plan, goals, logo, and corporate image.
