ARDA is governed by a board of trustees including an Executive Director who is responsible for the day-to-day running of the organization and oversees the programs, administrative and finance departments. There is also an internal audit/operational compliance department that reports to the board. |

We are not a membership organization. We employ 13 full-time members of staff and dozens of program associates and consultants on a project basis, around Nigeria. |
