The main decision making body of PAYIV is the general assembly of members. The general assembly elects members the Board who employs workers and staff with responsibility to run the day-to-day activities of the organization. |

PAYIV has the following categories of members: (1) Founding member. This class of members are those who founded the organizations. (2) Ordinary Members. These are people who subsequently join the organization. (3) Honorary Members. This is made up of individual or groups/group that contribute to the realization the the goal and mission of the organization. |
