The organization is governed by an advisory board. The running of operations is done by a secretariat that comprises of the C.E.O ,Program Director, Finance Director, Communication Director,and Administrator. All the department directors are answerable to the C.E.O. The heads of departments are assisted assistants as follows: The Accountant reports to Finance Director; Programs Officer , Field Officers and Field Staff/Community mobilizers reports to Program Director, Communication/ICT officers reports to Communications Director and the Office Manager and subordinate staff to the Administrator. |
