    Organizational structure: The Governing bodies of the Network are the General Assembly and the Board. The General Assembly is the highest governance body of the Network. The ordinary members are represented at the General Assembly by one representative and have each one vote. The composition of the Board reflects the entire diversity (geographical, gender, ethnic) of the Network. At least one Board member is a person from the community of people affected by drugs.
    Number and type of members: The Network has three types of membership • Ordinary • Associate and • Honorary members. The network currently has 22 ordinary member organisations, coming from all 11 countries of South East Europe
