Mission statement:	New Nigeria Foundation (NNF) is a non-profit organisation that promotes sustainable community development through public-private partnerships. NNF’s mission is to provide a platform for strategic private and public sector collaboration aimed at promoting sustainable socio-economic development activities in communities. NNF’s Strategy From inception, NNF has distinguished itself as a credible institution to mobilize resources from international development and United Nations agencies, Nigerian private and public institutions, federal and state governments, and other sources to undertake development activities. NNF has become a reliable institution to implement social sector development activities to reduce poverty, generate wealth, create jobs, and improve health and general well-being of communities. At the heart of the Foundation’s programmes is the principle that sustainable development requires the participation of all stakeholders in programme design, implementation, monitoring & evaluation and so on. NNF also employs the concept of public-private partnerships to translate this core principle into concrete projects. The strategies adopted in implementing these projects include the following: 1) Engaging and partnering with private and public sector organisations; 2) Implementing result-oriented, performance measuring systems to monitor and evaluate projects; and 3) Partnering with local organizations in project implementation. NNF’s Theory of Change NNF’s theory of change is rooted in the belief that IF the priority development needs of communities are identified in an inclusive and participatory manner, AND resources are mobilised from public and private sectors to address the development needs, AND institutional and individual capacities are strengthened to own and drive the process, THEN there will be inclusive and sustainable socio-economic development of communities.

Organizational structure:	New Nigeria Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors composed of reputable professionals. The composition of the Board of Directors is as follows: 1) Dr Pascal Dozie - Chairman 2) Prof. (Mrs.) Grace Alele-Williams (OFR) - Vice Chairman 3) Alhaji Aliko Mohammed - Member 4) Dr. Gabriel Abolade Soyoye - Member 5) Mr. David Shear - Member 6) Prof. Obafemi Ajibola - Member The Foundation, under the leadership of Professor Obafemi Ajibola, is staffed by professionals with key skills in programme design, business development, project management and administration. The Foundation is structured along two units namely: Programmes and Administration/Finance. The programmes unit carries out development research, consultancies, training and other activities of the Foundation.
