    Organizational structure: The organisation is headed by a board of Directors followed management committee made up of heads of directorates and departments as well as managers. Managers then lead a team of project field teams who work directly with youth groups at community level
    Number and type of members: Youth Alive Uganda currently has 55 full time staff and females make up 45%. These are technical experts in various fields of our focus that include health livelihood, human rights, education, and skills development
