    Organizational structure: The main governance of ADDO lies with a General Assembly, which consists of volunteers and paid members of ADDO. The General Assembly is the supreme body of the organization and is responsible for the approval of and amendments to the organization’s charter, election of the Chairperson, Board of Directors, Advisory Board and Executive Director for the organization and approval of the organizations ‘s general policies. The GA can also dissolve the organization if agreed by fourth-fifth majority. Chairman chairs General Assembly meetings and represents ADDO in important gatherings. Chairperson has a key symbolic role for ADDO and assists the executive branches by his/her advices. The Board of Directors consists of no fewer than 5 and no more than 9 members. The Board membership is decided by the General Assembly and includes intellectuals, development workers and experts. The Board develops and approves ADDO priorities and long-term strategies and provides valuable advice and guidance to the organization from time to time. The Board of Advisers consist of experts, scholars, policy makers, civil society activist and intellectuals who are volunteering support ADDO in developing strategy and policies. Exe. Committee headed by the Executive Director and consisting of program managers, admin manager and financial manager, the Executive Committee is primarily responsible for the operational management and administration of the organization.
    Number and type of members: ADDO have 66 permanent staff and 16 volunteer as well as 25 part time staff.
    Affiliation with NGO networks: ADDO is member of Civil Society Joint Workging Group (CSJWG). ADDO's director are elected cahirperson of this network too.
