Organizational structure: |
AHDDI is governed by its Board of Trustees (BoT). The Board is the key policy making and governance body of the organisation. It formulates and approves policies and evaluates the overall performance of AHDDI periodically. The BoT consists of Seven members (both male and female) and is headed by Founder and President. AHDDI is comprised of development professionals, intellectuals, academicians and activists. There are four working Executive Directors in charge of Project Planning and Designing, Field Projects Commissioning, Community Projects and Events Organisation and Planning. Management AHDDI is led by its Founder and President who is the formal head of the Organization. The Executive Directors report to the President and Board of Trustees (BoT). The Executive Directors are supported by a team of Administrative, Operational and Project Coordinators. They all jointly form a management structure for the Organisation. |
