The Organization has the Board of Directors as the highest decision making body.The Executive Director who is supervised by the Board of Directors is in charge of the day to day running of the organization. The Head of programmes who reports directly to the Executive Director supervises the Heads of Finance and Administration, Monitoring and Evaluation, Communications and Resource mobilization. The above listed in turn oversee all the project officers under their departments. The project officers in turn supervise the volunteers, Office Assistant and other casual staff of the organization |
