    Organizational structure: Anne-Rachel Inné is currently an Executive Director Government Affairs and Public Policy at the American Registry for Internet Numbers (ARIN)’s primary link to Governments of US, Canada and 26 Caribbean Economies. Immediately prior to working for ARIN, Anne-Rachel was ICANN’s Vice President Government Engagement in Geneva, Switzerland. Cécile Molinier headed the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Geneva Office from 2007 up to 2012, when she retired. Prior to the this position, Cécile had held several positions at the UN in Conference Services, as Special Assistant to the Director General for Development and International Economic Cooperation. Howard Kitto is a highly experience senior executive who has lead ground breaking technical teams since 1990. He was part of the founding team at Perform Group, where he lead the technology function, and Perform grew from a small digital agency called PremiumTV into a global sports content powerhouse. Jean-Marie Ahlin Byll-Cataria has over 30-years in development and education areas, working closely with Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, UNESCO (chairman of the UNESCO Institute for Lifelong Learning 2013-2015), AfDB/ADEA (Executive Director of Association for the Development of Education in Africa 2008-2013 ). Michael John William specializes in strategic communications in the fields of climate and the environment. He led the UN Environment Programme’s Information Unit for Conventions, and served as chief of communications for the World Meteorological Organization. Maria Rosa (Rosy) Mondardini is the Managing Director of the Citizen Science Center Zurich, a joint effort of the University of Zurich and ETH to supports participative research projects. She is also Co-Director at the Citizen Cyberlab. a partnership between CERN, UNITAR, and University of Geneva. From 2008 to 2015 Rosy was Associate Director at the World Economic Forum, where she established and managed the Young Global Leaders Alumni community. And CERN for almost 10 years . TEAM: Adil is a specialist in global health and supports the Gapeli team with higher education partnership activities. Adil has previously worked with The Global Fund, World Health Organisation, CERN. He is currently pursuing his Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) degree at Harvard University. Brice supports the Gapeli team with web developing activities. Brice holds IT Bachelor degree from the Caen Normandy University in France Florentin is a founding member of Gapeli and supports the team to develop student’s programs and activities. Florentin holds an MSc in Global Business Sustainability and an BSc in Business Administration, from the Rotterdam School of Management- Erasmus University. Ian supports the Gapeli team with market and business intelligence. Ian is also part of the Gapeli board team. Ian holds a BSc in Computer Science from Coventry University and an MBA from the Geneva University. Jean-Philippe supports the Gapeli team with products and technical activities Jean-Philippe is a media productions lecturer at SAE Institute, a creative media institute in Geneva. Patrick supports the Gapeli team with application developing and programming activities. Patrick holds an IT Bachelor degree from Henam in Belgium. Solange is a global health specialist with extensive experience health, in the public and private sector. Solange completed her M.Sc. in Bio-Pharmaceutical Sciences from the Leiden University in The Netherlands. She also holds an Executive Master in International Negotiation and Policy-Making from The Graduate Institute in Geneva. Yves-René is a digital media consultant with various international organizations based in Geneva. Yves-René completed has a prestigious degree in Cinema and Audiovisual Arts in France and an M.A. in Communication, majoring in Humanitarianism and Development.
