    Organizational structure: L’association est compose par 3 types de membres qui sont : Les membres fondateur c’est des membres active dans leur cotisation annuelle, assistent à l’assemblée générale ou annuelle afin de programmer, voter, approuver et faire les suivies desdits projets du bureau exécutif. Il a le pouvoir de réélu le comité exécutif. Le comité du bureau exécutif est la roue motrice de l’association, pilote les projets dudit association et rend compte semestriellement aux membres fondateur. Membre bienfaiteurs ceux qui adhèrent aux statuts et apportent un concours techniques, matériels et/ou financiers a la réalisations des objectifs de l’association.
    Number and type of members: L’association est composée d’un bureau de 32 membres qui sont essentiellement des jeunes maliens de diverses ethnies et africain (Burkina Faso, Cote d’Ivoire, Sénégal) dont la plus part sont jeunes diplômés (en Droit des Affaires, en Gestion et Comptabilité, en Communication…) et d’autres son soit dans l’administration gouvernemental ou ont une spécialisation professionnelle (mécanique, froid, esthétique, artisan…).
