    Organizational structure: We are a nonprofit public charity, federally registered, with a volunteer board of directors elected by the membership on an annual basis. Our chief executive officer leads staff and reports to the board of directors.
    Number and type of members: 17 individuals are members of the Canadian Women's Foundation. These include the living founders of the Foundation as well as current directors.
