    Organizational structure: We have a functional board that is the highest decision making body at the organization. The eight member board which is made up of five women and three men are active in overseeing WACOL projects from design through implementation and evaluation of impact. The executive director is the overall head of the organization and coordinates the affairs and running of the organization while delegating authority to the unit heads. The different divisions/units of the organization are run by a head who is elected by the organization. These operational units are management unit, programmes unit which comprises of Gender and Human Rights, Democracy and good governance, Reproductive health and rights; Legal unit, finance and administrative unit and ICT and Library unit. They collaborate in execution of projects and none is independent of the other since the administration of the organization lies solely on the team’s cooperation.
