    Organizational structure: STRUCTURE: LEVEL OF ORGANISATION The organization shall be organized at the District, Regional and National levels. ARTICLE 11: DISTRICT The basic unit of the organization shall be the District which shall comprise members resident in that District The District shall; a) be led by a District Coordinating Committee, who shall be elected by registered members of the District. Every elected Executive shall serve a term of two (2) years but eligible for re-election, this applies to all other levels of the organization. b) discuss good strategies for membership drive. ARTICLE 12: DISTRICT COORDINATING COMMITTEE The District Coordinating Committee shall be; 1. responsible for the general running of the District 2. made up of; a) Chairman b) Vice Chairman c) Secretary d) Director of Operations and a Deputy e) Director of Finance and a Deputy f) Director of Communications and a Deputy g) Director of Research and a Deputy ARTICLE 13: REGIONAL a) The Region shall be led by a Regional Focal Person. b) The Regional Focal Person shall be elected by the District Coordinating Committees of that Region. c) The Regional Focal Persons shall directly supervise the activities of the Districts in that Region. ARTICLE 14: NATIONAL The National Executive Committee shall; a) Consist of i. ii. iii. iv. v. vi. vii. viii. ix. Executive Director Chairman General Secretary Two Vice Chairpersons Director of Operations and two Deputies Director of Finance and a Deputy Director of International Relations Director of Communications and a Deputy Director of Research and a Deputy b) be led by the Executive Director c) direct and supervise all activities and ensure general growth and development of the organization d) be elected by all Regional Focal Persons and District Coordinating Committees e) be responsible for the implementation of all policies and activities of the organization f) be responsible for any other decision making and accordingly communicate it to members as and when necessary
    Number and type of members: OVER FIVE HUNDRED MEMBERS (500) ARTICLE 8: MEMBERSHIP Membership of the organization shall be open to; a) every citizen of Ghana and beyond irrespective of ethnic group origin, religion, place of birth, social or economic status. b) any person at a minimum age of eighteen (18) years and of sound mind. c) any person who accept the constitution, aims, objectives and policies of the organization. d) anyone who accept to pay the monthly dues as required. e) anyone who accepts to register at any of our District Coordinating Office where he/she resides and be issued a membership card.
