    Organizational structure: The school's organizational structure begins with the Board of Members who have a final say on all major decisions regarding the school mission. The Board of Trustees reports to the Board of Members. The Board of Trustees make the general decisions regarding the running of the school. The President reports to the Board of Trustees. The President is responsible for making sure the school is following the mission, approving policies and making decisions regarding school operations. The Principal reports to the President. The Principal is responsible for managing the daily operations of the school and works in conjunction with the Assistant Principals for decisions of curriculum and learning. The Assistant Principals and Directors are responsible for planning and implementing the instructional and formational curriculum. Department Chairs and Teachers are responsible for implementing the curriculum to the students.
