Mission statement:	The central goal for the FPI is fair pay for all, which includes pay transparency, as well as equal opportunities regardless of gender. These goals are to be realized by means of observation and analysis of the public debate on the subject of wage equity. Other means include the dissemination of information through lectures and printed materials on the topic of wage justice aimed at actors in the labor market and companies, as well as the preparation of analyses and utilization of research results toward the development of practical suggestions on how fair pay can be achieved. As fair pay is an integral part of the 2030 Agenda, the FPI is effectively supporting the implementation of the SDGs, goals 5, 8, and 8.5 in particular.
