Management - All managerial tasks that organise and administer the organisation in Cape Town itself • Board of Trustees - for the governance and oversight of the organization in terms of this constitution and its successors; • Chief Executive Officer • Chief Finance Officer - Accountant, Controlling, Reporting finance to CEO and Board of Trustees, Fundraising and partnerships • Projects Manager - Manages all events and programs and the day-to-day productivity of staff members • Human Resources - Manages the wellbeing and development of staff, organize meetings, strengthen communication inside the staff • Operations Manager -Manages the overall operations of the organization Operative work - The soul of Dream Factory Foundation: working with youth • Core Projects -The core activities/projects of the organization • Evaluation/Monitoring Officer -To evaluate and monitor the projects a) To get own results b) To report to all stakeholders • Community Development Officer- Engages our community of youth, dreamers etc • Public Relations/Media - Manages external communication with public (shareholders), to tell our story, represent the organisation at events, to support follow up • ICT - To provide and administer hardware and software support for staff and organization |

6.2 An individual automatically becomes a member of the organization if they fulfill one of the following criteria: ● Is a registered DFF beneficiary; ● Is a registered volunteer and has actively participated in some or other activity of the organization during the previous six months; or ● Has at some stage been a registered DFF beneficiary (i.e. an alumni) and was not asked to leave.
