Organizational structure: |
CCCM Works with partners, volunteers and staff. The national team has two main directions: Disarmament and Land Mine Clearance; and Development, which includes areas such as community engagement, education on the risk of land mines, aid for victims, and development. There are four transversal areas: Projects and monitoring, Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Communications and Logistics. On the ground the Risk Education projects are run by regional departments or coordinators, and volunteers. |

In total, the organization consists of 201 members in the national team and the municipal regions.There are approximately 23 members of staff in the national team and 20 regional coordinators. We also have a team of volunteers.
