    Organizational structure: CIMAC is a journalist civil organization that has 30 years of experience in promoting the democratization of the media and the organization of women journalists, through networks, with the goal of promoting a non-sexist journalism that promotes the human rights of women. Cimac is a Civil Association with an Executive Council, and a Board of Directors, which are the highest decision levels in the organisation. The director makes all the daily decisions, supported by the four heads of areas.

Lucía Lagunes Huerta, general director; Susana Espinosa, administrative coordinator; Cirenia Celestino, coordinator of communication and press strategies; and Lourdes Godínez, information coordinator. Adriana Ramírez, Head of the Freedom of Expression and Gender Program; Anayeli García, journalist; Hazel Zamora, journalist; Mayra López, Accounting Assistant; Miguel Mendoza, Head of Systems; and Luisa Basurto, Cleaning staff.
