    Organizational structure: Garden of Hope Foundation is led by board of advisers who provide the board of directors with advice on strategic directions. The Board of Directors offer their insight and expertise on various issues affecting the organization and decision making. The executive Director is charged to oversee the day to operations of the Board. The executive director reports to the board of Directors. Under the executive Director, we have the Country Director who is in charge of the expansion strategy. The country director oversee a team of program managers and field officers.
    Number and type of members: Garden of Hope Foundation has over 2,400 members from Kenya and United states. As youth organization, the membership mainly comprise of youth between the ages of 15-30 years.
