| Organizational structure: |
Alliance of volunteers with Board of 3 members, headed by the President, who has representative functions, and Supervisory Board of 3 people. The President is selected by the General Meeting (all members) of the organization. The Board appoints the Executive Director, who makes decisions within the framework of the Strategy. The strategy is approved by the Board with the presence of the Supervisory Board in accordance with the Statute. The Supervisory Board supervises and advises the Board, has the right to call extraordinary General Meeting if it sees inconsistency with the Statute, but can not vote at the meetings of the Board. The Executive Director may delegate some of the authority to make decisions to the Administrator or/and the Accountant. |
