    Organizational structure: The Indigenous Advanced Education and Skills Council (IAESC) is led by 3 founding volunteer Indigenous Board of Directors and supported by Chair and Executive Director; who also serve as Directors of the non-profit corporation. IAESC has established a Committee will be known as the Indigenous Institutes Quality Assessment Board (IIQAB) or IAESC’s Quality Assurance Board whose mandate is to make recommendations to the Council with respect to the quality assurance process, standards and benchmarks, applications from Indigenous Institutes to grant credentials and other related matters.
