The management team is mandated to have a bi-monthly meeting to review organization’s progress in terms of grants, projects, successes, challenges and identify red flags. Staff & Volunteers – This group is made up of the unit often referred to as foot soldiers. They are responsible for executing the directives of the management team and are often times the links between the communities/beneficiaries and the management team who provide an oversight and leadership functions in ensuring that the organization fulfil its mandate.
