    Organizational structure: L'organisation est structurée de la manière suivante : assemblée générale, conseil d'administration, direction exécutive. La direction exécutive comprend :le Directeur Exécutif, les Coordinateurs de programme, les comptables, les agents de terrains, les chauffeurs et les plantons.
    Number and type of members: les membres fondateurs de l'ONG sont au nombre de DIX (10)personnes comprenant des agronomes,juristes, médecins nutritionnistes, zootechniciens, aménagistes. Le conseil d'administration de l'ONG-CSPEEDA a été élargi aux organisations communautaires de base qui participent en donnant leurs points e vue sur les objectifs à court, moyen et long terme; les axes prioritaires d'interventions, la validation des rapports et la programmation annuelle des actions.
