    Organizational structure: The organisational structure is made up of the Board, Executive Director, Program Coordinator which is divided into Program Staff Project Officers, Research Team (Environment and Community Development), Admin and Finance department. Under Environment and Community development we have the Projects Assistants that controls the Community Facilitators / Volunteers
    Number and type of members: we have 4 Board Members, 6 Executive Board, 3 in the advisory board, 10 paid staff, and 40 Volunteers. In All, 63
