    Organizational structure: The Grand Priory oversees the whole structure providing guidance and perspectives. He also performs most ceremonial functions. Directly under the Grand Prior is the Secretary General. This position is responsible for the operation of the Universal Archconfraternity. He is responsible for the operational, financial, and charitable aspects. He directs all of the actions of the Universal Archconfraternity. Reporting to the Secretary General are twelve priories located throughout North and South America, and Europe. Each prior is responsible for the operations of their respective priory. THe Secretary General also serves as the appointed president of its United States Internal Revenue Service 501C3 tax exempt charitable foundation. As needed, emissaries are appointed to interface with entities where the Universal Archconfraternity is providing services.
